WHAT ARE YOU READING WEDNESDAYS #5

Posted on March 29, 2017 by Nadene @ Totally Addicted to Reading in Reviews / 8 Comments

Welcome to WWW which is hosted by Taking on the World of Words. It’s open for anyone to join in and is a great way to share what you’ve been reading! All you have to do is answer three questions and share a link to your blog in the comments section of Sam’s blog.

The three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Have not been able to do as much reading as I expected as the flu had me in her clutches. I am recovering, so things should improve on that front as well as in other areas of my life.

CURRENTLY READING
BLURB
The hunt is on…but who’s the one being pursued?
A serial killer is terrorizing San Antonio, and the method of murder is beyond macabre. As Ivy Nash is pulled into the case by her police detective friend, Stan, there appears to be one intersecting point between the victims—Ivy herself.

Meanwhile, Ivy and her new organization, ECHO, take on a case for a run-away teen whose parents have disappeared. Was it self-imposed, or is something more nefarious going on?

Moving at a break-neck pace, the parallel trails to stop the killer and to find the missing parents seem both murky and crystal clear. But just as Ivy believes the end is near, past connections are slammed in her face—and nothing will be the same.

A man wants retribution. And he’ll do anything to ensure Ivy suffers.

BEAUTY OF THE BEAST: REVIEW

Normal was an emotional read. It touches on some issues that is not for the faint of heart.

Oh, I love the cover of Beauty of the Beast! I’ll have to check that one out! (I had a look at your review and it does sound quite up my alley) .

  2. Sorry to hear you’ve not been well. In Pursuit sounds really interesting, and I think I may have to add Beauty of the Beast to my TBR
