REVIEW: WAITING A LIFETIME

Wade Walker had his whole life planned out. He was going to earn his law degree, marry his high school sweetheart Arlene Richards, and live the perfect life. But life doesn’t always go according to plan. Betrayal was about to derail Wade’s well-laid plans, and he would soon discover that he’d been on autopilot heading in the wrong direction.

REVIEW

The first thing that caught my attention was the blurb. I am a big pushover when it comes to stories that tug at your heartstrings and so I was grateful when I got the chance to read this title in exchange for an honest review. From the moment I began reading I knew I that this was going to be a very emotional read. 

The characters are vibrant and endearing. Their emotions jumped off the pages, making it easy to connect with them. Each of the characters had the ability to elicit a different type of emotion from readers, whether it is tears, laughter or anger. The heroine is not typical of what you generally read about in romance novels. She is shy, sweet, innocent and had to depend on crutches to get around.

WAITING A LIFETIME is a beautiful story about two persons who were destined to be together. It shows that love is so powerful that it transcends time and that no matter the challenges faced, if two souls are meant to be, nothing can keep them apart. This story also addresses the effect that miscommunication can have on any relationship. 

I loved every aspect of this book; my only complaint was that it was too short. I loved the ending, it was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely read more from this author and I recommend this book to readers who love romance that will take them on an emotional ride. –
