A bonafide pop diva, all sass and scandal, Cristy Valor commands headlines wherever she goes. The tabloids love her—and love to hate her. From the first time her sexy alto voice rolls over me, she has all my attention. When she joins Balefire on our latest tour, she sashays across the stage in her wild-ass costumes and parties hard enough to keep up with my boys and me. She drives me batshit crazy—and I love every second of it.
Sex on stilettos.
Pure trouble.
Our sizzling chemistry could shoot a rocket into space, and it’s not long before I crave her. For the first time in my life, I want to share everything with a woman. But Cristy is hiding something, something that holds her back from giving me all of herself. She’s about to find out that I’m a patient man—and I always get what I want.

Adam Tron is the poster boy for tall, dark, and sexy. His bass rhythms are enough to make me cream my panties every time I hear them. Flirting with him during our live shows is a rush but nothing compared to what happens when I finally give in to my lust and share his bed. The problem is, sex isn’t all he wants.
For my entire career, I’ve set the narrative, teased the tabloids with scandals that kept them too busy to look into my past, too busy to discover the secret that could end the party for good. Adam Tron could wreck me, steal my heart—and my music. I can’t let him in. I can’t let him discover the secret behind the nightmares I have nearly every night. He thinks he can slay all my monsters, and it would be so easy to let him. But if he finds out the truth, will he still be hot for me?

Hot for Me tells the story of bass guitarist Adam Tron and pop singer Christy Valor. Adam is a big admirer Christy’s style and music. He’s keen for the band to work with her. Therefore, he requested their manager to offer the opportunity to work with them on their upcoming tour. Happy for the chance to work with the hottest and most popular band in the country, she gladly accepted the offer. A move which will lead to an unexpected romance between the two stars. The more time they spend together, the closer they got. However, demons from Christy’s past, a controlling manager and rumors from fans and the paparazzi, place their relationship in peril.
The events of Hot for Me took place the same time as those noted in Wild for Me. This gave readers a recap of events in the previous book.
The story portrays Cristy has a tortured soul who hides her pain through her music, random hook-up and a highly sexualized image. The one person privy to the pain she harbors is her manager and best friend, Gretchen. She doesn’t allow anyone to get close to her for fear they would reject her if they knew of her past.
Adam is a generous soul who recognized Christy as his special someone, which was profound who slept with a different girl each night, whenever the band is on tour. He tries to break through the walls she erected around her heart, not by being pushy, but with patience and understanding. There was a point when it seemed he fought in vain, but he persevered. Now, as much as I liked Adam for how he treated Christy, his development was seriously lacking. Not much details were provided in relation to his past.
One would categorize the romance we see develop between the hero and the heroine as insta-lust, which gradually blossomed into love. There was lots of sexual tension in the beginning, followed by a strong level of steam. Christy and Adam made a great couple. I loved how well they balanced each other and their journey to finding their happily ever after.
Christy’s “secret” came to light in about the last twenty percent (20%) of the story. One can understand her reason for wanting to keep it under wraps. This, of course it did not bode well for her mental capacity. I admired how well Adam dealt with the revelation.
The issues surrounding the band’s manager, which has been carrying forward from the previous books, have once again come to light. Now, although the reason behind his actions came to light, which I had suspected from the previous books, I did not agree with how it was handled. Then I learn that the next book in the series belongs to him. Not sure how I feel about that.
Hot for Me delivered a steamy romance which takes the reader into a rock/pop musician’s world. All in all, a great addition to the series.
