When I first discovered this series, I was skeptical about starting it as I was not sure if it would be something I would enjoy. Now here I am 4 books and 12 episodes later and I am still hooked
This series needs to be read in order for one to get a full understanding of the events as they unfold.
In this installment, Onyx is the centre of a murder trial. Accused of killing her husband, she faces serious jail time, something she could not afford given her nature.  The question on everyone’s lips was would she be found guilty or innocent?
Onyx, a mystical character is not your typical heroine. Complex, misjudged and undeserving of the treatment meted out to her. She is no shrinking violet. She fights her own battles and waits on no one to decide her fate.
The characters were a delight. Some were good, some were to be pitied and there were those who were so despicable you cannot help wish one of the many ghosts would get them. The manner in which the author wrote the story made it difficult to figure out who was a ghost and who was human.
Mysteries from the previous installment became clearer and more were introduced making for an intriguing read.  My curiosity levels increased and I eagerly turned the pages to how the new events would unfold.
For me this installment proved to be creepiest. The suspense and the chills kept me glued to the pages as I waited to see who would be next in line to experience tragedy. There were characters who deserved the misfortunes they suffered, and then there are those you pray that will come through unscathed. There were a few heartbreaking moments, which had me wondering why this had to happen.
The more I delve into the world of Onyx Webb the deeper I become entrenched in the lives of the characters.  I experienced their triumphs and their loss, I found myself cheering for the good ones, and hoping the bad ones would get their just desserts.
Although the story moved through different timelines, it was easy to follow and the connection between the timelines. Drama, suspense, mystery, history and paranormal events all intertwine to make for an engrossing and entertaining read.
This is a great addition to the series. I am eager to see what next is in store for Onyx and the other characters. If you are looking for a unique read them look no further, Onyx Webb will satisfy your need for all things creepy, mysterious and suspenseful.

A multi-genre mash-up that combines elements of supernatural suspense, crime, horror, romance, and more.

The Onyx Webb series follows the unusual life of Onyx Webb along with a central group of characters in various locations and times.

The billionaire Mulvaney family, piano prodigy Juniper Cole and her brother Quinn, paranormal show hosts Cryer and Fudge, and a few others make up the core of the series.

Written like a book version of a supernatural soap opera, each character’s story moves forward with most every episode. It may appear that the characters are entirely unrelated and yet episode by episode, the connections will become clearer. Like being an inch away from a spider web, with each book, the web will move further and further away revealing the full story of every character and most importantly, the stunning conclusion for Onyx Webb herself.
