Today, I want to share with you the joys and challenges of my reading adventure since the start of 2017.
Reading Challenges
Goodreads Challenge
I challenged myself to read 130 books this year. At the time of me writing this post, I managed to finish reading 68 books. Of the 68 books read I have reviewed 64 so far. I think I am doing well in this area in spite of the personal challenges I faced during this time.
In addition to the Goodreads Challenge, I signed for a few more reading challenges.
New Release Challenge
For this challenge, I chose to read 60 books. So far I have completed 40.
The number of books chosen to read for this challenge is 25. So far I have completed 12
Reading Assignment Challenge
This has been a dismal failure. I opted to read 24 books, so far I have only managed to complete 1 book. This proved to me that I am not very good with lists when it comes to books.
Now among these 68 books, I found real treasures, which I adored. Some were published in 2017 and some in earlier years. These are books that I would personally recommend to like minded readers.
