Irresistibly Irish tells the story of Ciara and Shane. Ciara, a romance novelist, finds herself in a writing slump. A slump which came about after her fiancée dumped her six months ago. To regain her writing mojo, she took a trip to Ireland, hoping to get some inspiration for her next novel. What she never expected was coming face to face with the man whom she engaged in a one-night stand with after being dumped by her fiancée.
Shane Brody is a successful artist. Both he and Clara first met at one of his art exhibits in New York. That meeting led to an intense night of passion, which he never forgot. Has fate given him a second chance and will he be able to convince Ciara they belong together.
This was a delightful, sexy, fun and heart-warming story, which I read it in one sitting. Yes, it was a short read, but the author created an atmosphere that engaged my interest from start to finish. Witty dialogue, steamy moments and emotional scenes combined made for an entertaining journey. I loved how their relationship developed and how they worked it out in the end. The chemistry they shared was undeniable.
This was a wonderful story which I recommend to readers looking for a short romantic read.
